Day 1 :

Arrive at Aizawl Airport

Upon arrival at Lengpui Airport, transfer to your hotel in Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram. Situated at an altitude of 4000 feet, Aizawl is surrounded by the lush Tlawng River valley to the east and the picturesque Durtlang Hills to the north. This hill station is perfect for those seeking fresh air and tranquility. After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Aizawl.

Day 2 :

Aizawl - Sightseeing

Embark on a full-day city tour starting with the Mini Zoo Garden, Solomons Temple, and Mizoram State Museum (closed on Sundays). Visit Folkland Park, KV Paradise, and Durtlang Hills. The evening is reserved for shopping at Luangmual Handicraft Centre and Bara Bazar. Enjoy an overnight stay in Aizawl.

Day 3 :

Explore Reiek Tlang

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Reiek Tlang, perched at 1548 meters above sea level, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the valleys and hills surrounding Aizawl. On clear days, you can even glimpse the plains of Bangladesh from the summit. The hill is enveloped in dense, lush green temperate forests and shrubs. Day 4 :

Visit Hmuifang

After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Hmuifang (1619 meters). En route, visit Falkawn to experience a typical Mizo village. After breakfast, head towards the legendary Rih Dil by crossing the renowned Tiau River at the Myanmar border. Zokhawthar, the last Indian town before Myanmar, is your gateway to the heart-shaped Rih Dil lake, believed by ancestors to be the soul's resting place after death. Located in Myanmar, Rih Dil offers boating, lakeside dining, trekking, and visits to Buddhist monasteries. You'll also explore the nearby village of Rihkhawdar, immersing yourself in the local lifestyle and culture. In the afternoon, visit Champhai and the Hnahlan Grape Winery Ltd., established in 2007 as Mizoram's first winery, with locally grown grapes and production units in Champhai and Hnahlan. Day 7 :

Champhai - Aizawl

After breakfast, head back to Aizawl. En route, visit the unique Nghah Lou Dawr shops near Seling, where you’ll find unmanned stalls selling vegetables, flowers, and forest items. Shoppers select their items and leave payment according to the price list, showcasing the remarkable honesty and trust of the Mizo people.
