  • Upon arriving in Srinagar, meet our representative at the airport and transfer to your houseboat.
  • Check in at your accommodation.
  • Later, prepare for an hour-long Shikara ride on the lake.
  • This ride will take you past beautiful vegetable gardens and diverse aquatic life.
  • Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.
  • After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura, and the village of Bijbehara, famously known as the breadbasket of Kashmir.
  • Switching from National Highway 1A at Khanabal, we drive through Anantnag, the second-largest city in the region. The road becomes scenic as we follow the Lidder River flowing in the opposite direction.
  • Upon arrival, check in at the hotel.
  • In Pahalgam, you can visit Chandanwari (3288 meters above sea level), Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley at your own cost using union cabs.
  • Chandanwari, located 16 km from Pahalgam, is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge. Taxis can be hired from Pahalgam for the round trip, which takes about four to five hours on a semi-road with the Lidder River on one side and towering, snow-capped mountains on the other. Visitors often enjoy "snow fights" before sledging back down. Chandanwari is known for its natural beauty, offering some of the best picnic spots and is accessible by road. The weather can be unpredictable, so carrying warm clothes and raincoats is advisable.
  • Aru Valley is a pristine scenic village in the Trans-Himalayan region. With a clear blue sky overhead, misty surroundings, whispers of native pines, conifer forests, and beautiful meadows, it creates a captivating scene for travelers. Although it is the smallest hill station in the state, its breathtaking beauty and activities like trekking, hiking, and horse riding make it one of the most popular tourist spots in Pahalgam. The village also offers skiing during the winter season. Aru Valley is about 12 km from Pahalgam.
  • Betaab Valley is an ideal spot to enjoy the divine beauty of nature. Once known as Hagan Valley or Hagoon, it was renamed Betaab Valley after a famous Bollywood movie.
  • After breakfast, check out from your hotel and head towards Gulmarg.
    On the way, pass through the picturesque Tangmarg town and continue the scenic 14-kilometer drive to Gulmarg.
  • Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and start your sightseeing tour.
  • Visit the Maharani Temple, built in 1915 by Mohini Bai Sisodia, the wife of Maharaja Hari Singh, the last Dogra king of Jammu and Kashmir.

  • Renovated in 2003, the 110-year-old church held its first Christmas mass in 14 years after the facelift.
  • Built in the early 20th century, St. Mary's Church is made of grey stone and looks enchanting in winter, surrounded by snow.
  • Its green tiled roof, wooden decorated walls, and compact size give it the charm of a countryside chapel.
  • Then, experience the two-stage gondola lift to Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of the Afarwat Peak (4,200 m / 13,780 ft).
  • The first stage lifts from the Gulmarg resort at 2,600 m (8,530 ft) to Kongdoori Station in the bowl-shaped Kongdori valley.
  • The second stage, with 36 cabins and 18 towers, takes skiers up to 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori Mountain.
  • The gondola operates from 10 AM to 5 PM, subject to weather conditions.
  • Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Gulmarg.
  • After breakfast in the morning, check out from your hotel and prepare to proceed to Srinagar.

  • Enroute, stop by a carpet-weaving factory and explore the old city of Srinagar.
  • Nishat Bagh, one of the most beautiful terraced Mughal gardens, is located by Dal Lake near Srinagar. Known as the Garden of Gladness, Nishat Bagh is the second largest Mughal garden in Kashmir Valley, offering a stunning view of the Pir Panjal mountain range.
  • Shalimar Bagh, the largest Mughal garden in India, is situated northeast of Dal Lake near Srinagar. Along with Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh is especially beautiful during autumn and spring, with Dal Lake as its backdrop.
  • Chashme Shahi, one of the enchanting Mughal gardens, is built around a spring in the Zabarwan Range. Featuring a freshwater spring, terraces, a water pool, and a large fountain, Chashme Shahi is the most charming garden near Srinagar along Dal Lake.
  • Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, spread over 12 hectares, is Asia's largest tulip garden (operational only in April). Located at the foothills of the Zabarwan Range and overlooking Dal Lake, the garden was inaugurated in 2007. With 70 varieties of tulips and several rose beds, it is one of Srinagar's top tourist attractions.
  • Shankaracharya Temple, an ancient temple originating in the 4th century, is situated on Gopadari Hill southeast of Srinagar, at an elevation of 1100 feet above sea level.
