Itinerary

  • You will be received and greeted by our representative at Guwahati Airport.
  • Then you will be transported to Dimapur within 7 hours.
  • Upon reaching the hotel have a relax evening and spend the night in Dimapur.
  • Post breakfast head to Kisama Heritage Village.
  • The voyage to KisamaVillage takes around 3 hours and drive through Kohima (Nagaland's captila city).
  • In Kohima you must halt to pay respect the martyrs at the War Cemetery along with the Kohima Cathedral Church.
  • Kasima Heritage Village serves as the fixed venue for Hornbill Festival.
  • On reaching Kisama Village you can explore the full day at Hornbill festival.
  • On purchasing the entry ticket a proper 10 day festival schedule will be handed over to you.
  • Post breakfast you will be dropped at Kisama Village to enjoy the rest of the day at Hornbill festival.

  • Located at the heart of Assam, Kaziranga is a UNNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • As it is a journey of three hours, you can relax for the rest of the day and plan your next day's adventure.
  • At night halt in the hotel of Kaziranga
    • Kaziranga National Park has variety of birds, animals including one-horned rhino.
    • You can enjoy your breakfast at hotel after completing the safari. Then head back to Dirang.
    • On the way you can halt at Tipi, located on the banks of Bharali River.
    • If time permits then take look Dirang Monastery, and Kalachakra Monastery
    • Post breakfast you can leave for Tawang
    • Take a quick halt at Sela Pass in transit. Another attraction is Sela Lake located next to the Pass.
    • Jaswant Garh War Memorial.is about 10 kilometer drive away
    • Later explore the cascading Nuranang Falls.
    • Head back and take rest for the day
    • Tawang Monestery known as Golden Namgey Lhatse
    • Your next destination will be Urgelling Gompa, birth place of Sixth Dalai Lama.
    • Next comes the Tawang's craft center famous for Tibetan handicrafts, handwoven carpets, and silver, coral, and amber jewelry.
    • Bum La Pass might be your optional visit which is 5000 meter above sea level and showcase the Indo-China border..
    • On visiting Bumla Pass, try witnessing the route of Dalai Lama that entered India to seek refuge.
    • Next destination must be the popular lake of Tawang, Shonga-tser Lake known as Madhuri Lake, Taktsang Gompa
    • Wake up to a tasty breakfast, then move to Bomdila
    • Upon reaching Bomdila, check into the hotel
    • After some relaxation, explore Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa) and Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa).
    • Rest of the evening you can spend by shopping
    • Today after breakfast head back to Guwahati
    • On arriving to Guwahati spend the rest if the day at ease

    Departure
